1. How do I search for products?   [top]
On the top left side of the page is a box named 'Search Products'. Enter a phrase (either a manufacturer or model name) and press 'Go'. You will then be presented with the matching results.

2. How do I check my online cart?   [top]
On the top of every page,. you should see a cart icon, and the link - 'Your Cart', click here to display your cart

3. How do I checkout my goods?
Click on the cart icon at the top of the page, then review the items, making sure the correct quantity is shown, you are also given the option of removing an item - just click on remove.

If you want to change the quantity of an item, alter the number in the corresponding box and then press the 'Update' button.

To Checkout, simply press the 'checkout' button - this will move you to a secure location. From there, either login with your existing details or register as a new BDW customer. .

1. I can't seem add items to the shopping cart   [top]
Our shopping cart works by creating a small file (called 'cookies') on your computer. Sometimes, your browser security settings restrict these cookies being created. You will need to enable cookies to use the online shopping facility.The cookie deletes itself once you have finished using our website.

To do this, go to Tools > Internet Options and click on the tab called 'Security', you will need to move the slider towards medium (this is a safe setting, and also allows shopping cart cookies to be set) - click apply and close the window. You should now be able to use the online cart.

2. I can't login to my account   [top]
Make sure you have registered first, you should have been sent an email with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the 'forgotten password' link on the login page - we will ask you for your security answer and username, you will then be sent the password by email.

3. How secure is the transaction?   [top]
We transact all personal information across a 128 bit encrypted secure socket layer - any information passed via this method is unbreakable (even by supercomputers!). The databases holding the information are also highly secure, we do not store payment information on the system after the transaction - only your personal information is held for ease of shopping next time.
